2009-04-26 My fifth trip. One year and one week since our previous trip. How is that for timing? This time to the same Owyhee Face, Denzil and I took some new faces, Justin and Samuel. We drove to the point on the mesa where we descend the gradual 60 degree slope to the canyonn floor. Hike-wise, that left us rested and strong to go down.
I still could not find the same rock I stepped over and hurt my ankle December 2007.
